Cancellation Policy

SUPERVISION OF SUPERVISION AURA Group is facilitated and led by Britta Regan West, MA RCC, TITC-CT. While this group has elements of peer consultation, it is defined as Supervision of Supervision to its members. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations are allowed at any time, and you will receive credit for the missed session toward your package. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that session has been credited and to contact Britta to resolve any errors. Cancellation of membership is possible at anytime with no notice or penalty. CONFIDENTIALITY The ethical and legal responsibility for confidentiality sits with all members. All information shared in AURA is private and any sharing outside of the facilitated group will be considered a breach of contract of membership and subject to immediate cancellation. Concerns about privacy can be brought to the facilitator for discussion. Members must log on in a private room with no interruptions.
