Service Description
Performance depends on mindset. The mental health of players, families, coaches and teams can be defined by the mindset we bring to the field. Our mental health is also created by the mindset our sport nurtures in us. High performers are brave, persistent, thoughtful, connected, focused, collaborative, inspiring and self-aware. But performance takes energy, devotion, commitment and grit. And our mindset requires attention, nurturing and development as much as our technical skill. When our mindset is not attended to, performance can come at a personal cost to our wellness and mental health, whether it be to the athlete, the family, the coach or the team. QUOIA is proud to provide sport-specific mental health services, therapeutic and consulting services in a unique partnership with BURNABY FOOTBALL CLUB. Our boutique clinic and specialized clinicians are proud to serve BFC in a never-before performance/mental health partnership. BFC VIP clients can access our preferred rate for all therapeutic services, whether the session is for a player, parent or family. BFC VIPS also access priority sequence avoiding wait times to access our specialized therapists. Providing services in person or from the convenience of your home or the side of the field, QUOIA has flexible scheduling options through the week, evening and weekends and provides telehealth and in person services at your request.
Cancellation Policy
SUPERVISION OF SUPERVISION AURA Group is facilitated and led by Britta Regan West, MA RCC, TITC-CT. While this group has elements of peer consultation, it is defined as Supervision of Supervision to its members. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations are allowed at any time, and you will receive credit for the missed session toward your package. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that session has been credited and to contact Britta to resolve any errors. Cancellation of membership is possible at anytime with no notice or penalty. CONFIDENTIALITY The ethical and legal responsibility for confidentiality sits with all members. All information shared in AURA is private and any sharing outside of the facilitated group will be considered a breach of contract of membership and subject to immediate cancellation. Concerns about privacy can be brought to the facilitator for discussion. Members must log on in a private room with no interruptions.
